Welcome to Mashriq Movie Prints. Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before completing any purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.

1. Products and orders

  • All products listed on our site are artistic reprints of original vintage movie posters unless otherwise stated.
  • Each print is made to order. Please ensure you select the correct size and framing options (where available) before completing your purchase.
  • Product images are a close representation, but minor color variations may occur due to monitor calibration or print production.

2. Pricing and payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and more.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.

3. Shipping

  • We ship from France and Germany to customers worldwide.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or VAT charges that may apply outside the EU.

4. Returns and refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of print production, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Claims for damaged goods must be made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographic evidence.
  • Approved returns will be eligible for a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement by contacting mashriq.movie.posters@gmail.com.
  • After 12 hours, orders are processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

6. Intellectual property

  • All poster reproductions, branding, text, and images on this website are the intellectual property of Mashriq Movie Prints or used under appropriate licenses.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our prints without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

  • Mashriq Movie Prints is not liable for delays, damages, losses, or indirect costs beyond our reasonable control.
  • Our maximum liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France and the European Union.
